A Red Blend made in honour of the Mpuru Family, A Big Family from a village called Ga-Mpuru in Mandaagsoek, Limpopo Province, South Africa. A blend that is perfect for drinking now, laying down for aging, or both.

The Identity Rock called “Modikologo” meaning a place where you round about, has existed for more than three centuries in this village. The Rock formed naturally and because of it’s stature and looks, people from the village believed that this rock represents the ancestors of the village.
In the years that have passed when boys became men from the initiation school, they would walk around the rock and throw a stone on top of it. It then became a norm that every- one who walked past the rock had to throw a stone on top and make a wish to the rock with the hope of the wish becoming true.
